BC Business Name Request & Registration
Starting a new Business? Now you can reserve and register your business name in ONE easy step. Once your business name has been approved and registered we will provide you with a copy of your Statement of Registration. This document is required by the banks in order to open a business bank account.
Select: Sole Proprietorship if the business will be owned by ONE person.
Select: General Partnership if the business will be owned by 2 or more people.
Business Names must have a Distinct Element followed by a Descriptive Element.
