Subdivision plans provide the legal lot dimensions, property lines and area of a property. The subdivision plan will provide this information for every lot within the plan.
For an expanded view of your particular lot, please also include your lot number.
Reference or Explanatory plans are also available online. These plans define roads, location and boundaries of registered easements, covenants, and right of ways. Registered plan numbers for reference or explanatory plans are often noted on a Title Search or in the text of the document.
Results will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
**Please note - $34.00 is charged for plans available in electronic format ONLY. Plans that need to be manually obtained from microfilm in Land Title Offices are subject to additional fees. This may be the case for plans registered around 1985 or older.
