BC Title Search
A BC Title Search will provide the names and addresses of all registered owners of a property, the full legal description, and will identify all of the registered charges, mortgages and mortgage companies, liens and interests filed against a property. The transfer date is also provided showing when the property was purchased by the current owners.
To order a BC Title Search, you will need the property's nine-digit Parcel Identifier number (PID). The number can be found on a property's Tax Notice or BC Assessment notice.
If you do not have the property's nine-digit Parcel Identifier number (PID), we can perform a title search using the municipal address for an additional fee of $10.
Details of the registered charges such as Mortgages, Easements and Builder's Liens are not included with a title search but copies of supporting documentation can be ordered separately.
Results will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
